Rob is 2312’s Co-Managing Partner and is responsible for operations, technology and infrastructure. He has 25+ years’ experience in operations and compliance in the alternative asset and credit management sectors

Before co-founding 2312, Rob was a founding partner at Virtus Partners LLC, where his leadership guided business and product development as well as strategy to a successful exit value of over $570m

During his 13 years at Virtus, the business grew to over $300 Billion in assets, servicing North America and Europe

Prior to starting Virtus, Rob spent eight years working with JP Morgan Chase's Institutional Trust services in Houston and New York

At JP Morgan, he acted as Global Manager of Analytics and Compliance for all structured finance products, and Global Product Manager for the $250MM CLO Trust product
